HIROSHIMA Manufacturing was established, laying the foundation for over 70 years of metal cap manufacturing expertise.
Feb. 1950
HIROSHIMA Metal Industry Co., Ltd. was founded with an initial capital of 500,000 Japanese Yen, focusing on metal cap R&D and production.
Sep. 1962
Osaka Factory was opened to expand production capacity and meet the growing demand for metal cap products in Japan.
Jun. 1975
BL Metal Cap was successfully developed, launching glue-free sealing products that revolutionized the cap-making industry.
Apr. 1977
Sales department was separated to establish Hiroshima Commercial Co., Ltd., accelerating global market expansion for cap products.
Mar. 1979
BR Sealing Technology was successfully developed, significantly improving the sealing performance of metal caps.
May 1985
BG Sealing for iron tabs was developed, featuring anti-refill packaging functionality that set industry standards.
Nov. 1988
Chiba Branch was established to optimize regional distribution and customer service in eastern Japan.
Jan. 1989
Headquarters building was completed, marking the maturation of HIROSHIMA's corporate scale and management system.
Jul. 1990
Hiroshima Services Co., Ltd. was established as a dedicated logistics department to enhance product delivery efficiency.
Apr. 1997
Plastic department was spun off to establish HIRO-PLUS CO., Ltd., expanding the product line to include plastic cap solutions.
Apr. 1998
HIROSHIMA Metal Industry and Hiroshima Commercial merged into HIROSHIMA Corporation, integrating production and sales resources.
Apr. 1999
Hangzhou Guangbang Metal Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded, introducing Japanese cap-making technology to the Chinese market.
Jan. 2004
P・S HIROHAMA Yachimata Factory was established to optimize production capacity for high-precision cap products in Japan.
Jul. 2004
APK Plastic Sealing Gasket was successfully developed, innovating sealing technology for composite cap products.
Jul. 2004
P・S HIROHAMA Yachimata Factory commenced operations, focusing on mass production of plastic cap components.
Oct. 2012
P・S HIROHAMA Kyouou Factory was established to expand production of high-end metal cap products for global markets.
Dec. 2012
P・S HIROHAMA Kyouou Factory began full-scale operations, achieving mass production of new-generation seal cap products.
Oct. 2015
Acquired by Asian Metals Industry Corporation, strengthening strategic layout in the Asian metal packaging market.
Dec. 2017
Launched the new brand "Bincaps" to focus on global promotion of metal cap products and solutions.
Apr. 2025
Hangzhou Guangbang relocated to Suichang Economic Development Zone and rebranded as Zhejiang Guangbang Technology Co., Ltd., upgrading production capacity and technology.
